Dekko U Studio was hired by AGL, a marketing agency, to produce a showcase film for a completed residential development. The video was created to support the builder’s submission for the Georgie Awards, one of British Columbia’s most prestigious honours recognizing excellence in residential construction and development.

The film highlights the finished project through cinematic visuals, architectural details, and storytelling designed to present the development at an award-submission level.
